Jessica is the newest addition to the Norton & Sons team, bringing years of experience as a qualified coat maker. She’s currently training as an undercutter under our Head Cutter, Stephen, expanding her expertise into pattern cutting and drafting.

Jessica takes on Bespoke, Made to Measure, and Ready to Wear appointments, ensuring each client receives informed, attentive service - from consultation to final fitting. With her understanding of how to make and cut the perfect suit, she’s already a key part of delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Olly is our resident Coatmaker, specially trained in his craft here on Savile Row. He is responsible for hand making our Bespoke coats, a process that often involves over 60 hours of meticulous handwork for each garment.

With exceptional attention to detail and precision, Olly approaches each piece with the highest level of care - not only as a representative of Norton & Sons, but as a dedicated steward of the bespoke tailoring tradition that has been kept alive for over 700 years.

As Head of Client Relations and the welcoming face of Norton & Sons, Gina ensures every client experience reflects the warmth, care, and professionalism that define Savile Row.
