Cut with softer raglan sleeves and a chunky roll neck, the jumper is knitted in a heavyweight Aran Donegal in a 70% wool and 30% cashmere composition. The Donegal yarn carries its characteristic slubbed texture throughout with brighter flecks of blue, navy and white running through the blue middle ground, giving the colour real movement rather than sitting flat.

Woad takes its name from the plant once used to dye cloth blue long before synthetic dyes existed, and this jumper carries something of that same deep, natural blue.
